  No Refunds: Please note that due to the nature of our products/services, we are unable to offer refunds under certain circumstances, including :

  • Accidental orders

  • Orders that do not meet your expectations

  • Shipping delays (though we strive for timely delivery)

   Items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may EXCHANGE but NO REFUNDS. With the requirement that all items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition we shipped it and in the original packaging with all original accessories that were already included. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for exchange. The Perfect Gift Jewelry reserves the right to deny any exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

    We do NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES on Custom-made or engraved items, Special orders, and Items showing signs of wear or damage.

 

    We will inspect any Exchange items for any signs of wear or damage. As we will not be exchanging items that show signs of worn or damage, the product must be in the same conditions for us to approve your exchange. Once the exchange is approved we will be able to ship the product that you exchanged it for.

     

     Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for any items being returned to The Perfect Gift Jewelry. We are not responsible for lost returned packages, it is the customers full responsibility to have their package insured and provide tracking number for the return. All items sent back to The Perfect Gift Jewelry should be via insured, with a trackable carrier such as (UPS or FedEx). Retain your tracking number for your records.
